In my previous project for one of the esteemed clients of our company, I met one very interesting person. I can never forget her in my life. Her name is Gloria and she used to work on mortgage marketing tool. She was such a calm and composed lady. I never found her angry on anyone about her work pressure or about any of her personal problems. Because of my friendly nature, we dint waste much time and started sharing a very strong bond of professional relationship. I was not exactly her team lead but she was keeping me informed about her work. Basically, she was working in the mortgage broker marketing department and has very solid experience in that area. Our company has very few interesting people and she was one of them. I was asked to keep an eye on her work of making new relations with our clients.

In last month, my company has started a new department of mortgage broker marketing and there was one requirement of team lead in that team. It was not only me, but everyone else was impressed by Gloria’s work. So we dint think of any other person’s name who was suitable for that position.
