One of my friend Bob is so busy all the time that seldom he find enough time for Computer Training. He has recently started a new business at his home town and bought up a new computer to help him into the business. His major work is based on Microsoft Office software and the operating system he uses is Microsoft Windows.

Initially he kept one personal secretary for his help but she turned down the responsibilities to work little extra. Some of the Bob’s customers reduced the business and the number of sales orders coming to Bob was also reduced. Bob started reducing his operating costs and unfortunately he has to fire his secretary.

Bob started panicking when he failed to operate the software’s and understand the functionalities. Since he did not have much time left, he has to undergo some training to get familiar with the system. Finally he came to me and then I suggested him to undergo Blended Training by purchasing the Windows training CDs as well as enrolling to the online training of the software’s. The purpose was to get trained when he was in office and when he was in the home. He completed the training and he is now happy.
